9/9 Amazing Herbs
Marcy Lautanen-Raleigh, owner of Backyard Patch Herbs will teach us about medicinal properties and flavors for combining herbs to create our own tea.
10/14 The Weed Ladies
The Weed Ladies Floral Designers have been creating silk and dried flower arrangements for nearly 50 years to benefit programs at the Naper Settlement. They will share their expertise by demonstrating basic principles of design.
11/4 Holiday Bazaar Make It, Bake It, Grow It, Sew It
Theme: Winter Wonderland

12/9 Holiday Cheer
Peggy Garvin of Garvin Gardens in Elgin will assist us in creating an outdoor/indoor holiday arrangement.
1/13 Springtime Indoors
Bill Karges, manager of Pioneer Garden and Feed Shop in Villa Park, will give tips for forcing a variety of spring bulbs.
2/10 Blooming Books
Anderson Book Store in Naperville will help us explore books with garden/nature themes and that use gardens to highlight their stories.
3/10 Ikebana
Susan Haney is well versed in Ikebana, the art of Japanese flower arranging She will demonstrate several different types of arrangements.
4/14 Chicago Wilderness: My Journey into the Wilds of Chicago
Mike MacDonald, professional nature photographer and comedian will take us on a virtual tour that celebrates the drama and beauty of local prairies, savannas, woodlands and wetlands.
5/12 Seeing the Details in Flowers
Rozanne Priebe is a local artist and teacher who enjoys portraying nature in her art. She will share painting techniques which will sharpen our ability to pay attention to details in our gardens.
